Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

Position

FISPAN is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager to own and drive the end-to-end execution of product launches across our platform, ERP integrations, and bank ecosystem.

This role is responsible for turning strategy into execution — ensuring that new products move successfully from market validation → product definition → pilot → launch → scale.

You will sit at the center of Product, Product Marketing, Sales (Partner Managers), Partner Success, Marketing, and RevOps, acting as the orchestration layer that ensures all GTM activities are aligned, delivered on time, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Lead GTM planning and execution forums

Own the GTM System & Execution Framework

  • Maintain and evolve FISPAN’s GTM framework and tracker
  • Ensure all GTM deliverables (assets, enablement, dependencies) are:
    • Clearly defined
    • Assigned
    • Delivered on time
  • Build repeatable processes for scaling launches across products and banks

Drive Bank Readiness & Partner Activation

  • Coordinate GTM execution across multiple bank partners in parallel
  • Ensure each bank is:
    • Technically validated
    • Commercially enabled

Lead GTM Asset Development & Enablement

  • Define requirements for:
    • Sales enablement materials
    • Training programs
    • Marketing collateral
  • Ensure internal teams and partners are fully enabled prior to launch

  • Track performance against KPIs:
    • Pipeline
    • Adoption
    • Partner activation
  • Drive continuous iteration based on:
    • Sales feedback
    • Customer insights
    • Market data
