Job Description

  • Gestione dei resi delle pompe Vyafuser e Cadd Legacy
  • Evasione giornaliera ordini Duodopa intradigiunale e vaporizzatori con attività di affidamento, per la consegna, a DHL
  • Gestione spedizioni pompe reclamate ai siti di investigazione
  • Gestione vaporizzatori per riparazione a aziende esterne quando necessari con compilazione documenti come per pompe.
  • Ricezione vaporizzatori, pompe 951 e intradigiunali e loro collocazione in magazzino
  • Preparazione device (vapor, 951 e Duo) da spedire in riparazione
  • Assicurare aggiornamenti delle movimentazioni con le relative transazioni in SAP
  • Controllo e spunta dei nuovi prodotti quando ricevuti e carico a sistema
  • Gestione del magazzino e del magazzino elettronico
  • Aggiornamento dati dispositivi in DT+ e relative transazioni
  • Drenaggio Vaporizzatori
  • Gestire i resi dei vaporizzatori, le calibrazioni scadute, contratti scaduti
  • Gestire lo smaltimento dei dispositivi obsoleti e relativa distruzione
  • Supportare il manager nella conta fisica annuale presso Campoverde per la parte accessori
  • Inspection Test sui dispositivi ricevuti
  • Aggiornamento DT+ Vaporizzatori

Qualifications

  • Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o livello superiore
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office 
  • Conoscenza sistema gestionale ERP (SAP)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
