Job Description

Controlar los procesos y recursos asociados con la operación logística de eventos nacionales e internacionales de las diferentes áreas funcionales de la compañía.

Qualifications

  • Recepción de formato de solicitud de eventos tales como patrocinios, eventos promocionales, no promocionales, eventos internos, aprobado y con su respectiva documentación.
  • Revisión y Cumplimiento de Políticas y procedimientos.
  • Solicitud, revisión, análisis y selección de propuestas de proveedores logísticos de eventos para ser contratados, así como la gestión y ejecución necesaria antes, durante y posterior a eventos.
  • Solicitud de orden de compra
  • Recepción de cierre y aprobación de servicios para facturar por parte de la agencia.
  • Elaboración de reporte de gastos de la tarjeta Meeting Card.

Additional Information

  • Esta posición debe contar con la capacidad de resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades en el manejo de Excel y data
  • Enfoque en atención al cliente, disponibilidad y cordialidad.
  • Bacherlor’s degree o experiencia en ejecución de eventos.
  • 1 año de experiencia en eventos.
