Job Description

  • Gestionarás y darás seguimiento al Programa de Becas, participando en el proceso de selección y siendo el punto de contacto con todos los becarios de la compañía y sus tutores.
  • Colaborarás en la creación, modificación y gestión de los materiales de Employer Branding.
  • Organizarás Mesas Redondas entre los becarios de los diferentes departamentos.
  • Coordinarás el Onboarding de los nuevos becarios.
  • Revisarás y gestionarás los convenios con escuelas y universidades.
  • Gestionarás altas y bajas en la Seguridad Social de los becarios
  • Captación y contacto de posibles candidatos por Linkedin.
  • Participaciparás en el plan táctico de RRHH.
  • Darás apoyo en la herramienta de Selección (SR).
  • Colaborarás en los diferentes proyectos de Talent Acquisition, así como otras áreas del departamento de RRHH

Qualifications

  • Estudiantes de Máster o Postgrado que previamente hayan cursado Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales u otra titulación relacionada con la beca
  • Nivel inglés C1
  • Manejo de las herramientas Office
