Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in the Data domain to lead complex data integration, migration, and transformation initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capabilities with a hands-on approach, ensuring successful execution of data-focused projects while managing stakeholders across business, IT, quality, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration and migration projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution
• Drive data migration planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities
• Ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive status reporting
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and project roadblocks proactively
• Support data quality, governance, and operational readiness activities

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering Data Integration and Data Migration projects
• Strong understanding of data management, data flows, and system integrations
• Experience working in the regulated pharmaceutical environments
• Solid knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Delivery-focused mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams
• Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms, ETL/integration technologies, or cloud-based data solutions
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
