Job Description

  • Proactively supporting the Management Team with the day-to-day administration of their client fund portfolios
  • Supporting the junior members of the Team in day to day administrative tasks and with the more technical and complex fund administration queries
  • Actively participating at board meetings
  • Participate fully and proactively in the promotion of a constructive and efficient client servicing culture at both local and Group level
  • Proactively supporting the Management Team with the day-to-day administration of their client fund portfolios

Qualifications

  • You bring at least 5 years of fund administration experience
  • You have strong knowledge of the Guernsey finance industry and a solid grasp of fund services business duties and regulations.
  • You hold a relevant professional qualification, eg CGI (desirable)
  • You’re confident using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and apply strong analytical and numerical skills to deliver high-quality work.
