Job Description

THIS ROLE

• Provides basic payment processing and data administration support 
• Focuses on routine, straightforward transactions 
• Learns core banking systems and processes

Core Responsibilities:  
• Processes standard payments following established procedures 
• Maintains basic data quality in systems 
• Follows checklists and procedures to minimize risk 
• Completes accurate time reporting

Tasks: 
• Processes simple payment transactions 
• Updates basic static data 
• Responds to routine client queries 
• Uses banking platforms for standard transactions 
• Maintains accurate records in time reporting system

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

Educational Background: 
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

Professional Experience: 
• 0- 1 year of experience in payment processing, banking, or administrative support roles 
• Basic understanding of financial transactions and banking systems 
• Experience with data quality management and adherence to standard operating procedures is beneficial
