Job Description

The Senior Fund Accountant is responsible for the oversight and delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of closed‑ended Private Equity structures domiciled in Luxembourg. The role focuses on technical fund accounting, NAV oversight, review of complex transactions and financial statements, and close interaction with clients, auditors, and internal teams.

The position requires strong technical expertise in Luxembourg GAAP, a solid understanding of Luxembourg fund laws and structures (RAIF, SIF, SICAV‑SCA, SCSp, SARLs holding structures), and hands‑on experience with closed‑ended private equity fund mechanics.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in fund accounting within a private equity environment.Strong practical knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and closed‑ended fund accounting.
• Solid understanding of Luxembourg fund structures and legal concepts (ring‑fencing, compartments/sub‑funds, master‑feeder structures).
• Experience dealing with auditors and client‑facing interactions.
• Professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience with fund accounting systems such as Investran is a strong asset.
