Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

 A review position responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of AML/KYC and FATCA deliverables across all complexity levels. This role reviews compliance documentation, validates risk assessments, and provides technical input while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

What you will do

  • Review and validate AML/KYC/CDD/EDD documentation, risk assessments, and compliance conclusions with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing FATCA/CRS classifications, validating regulatory reporting, and verifying escalation decisions
  • Assess and validate complex client structures, including funds, companies, trusts, foundations, pension funds, and insurance entities, during initial and periodic reviews
  • Monitor quality standards and review deadlines across all onboarding deliverables, documenting findings and identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to Client Services Teams on compliance matters, serving as a subject matter point of reference for onboarding enquiries

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You hold a degree in law or equivalent qualification, with professional certification such as ACAMS being advantageous
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years' previous experience in a Client Due Diligence role, with demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and risk validation
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of complex client structures including funds, companies, trusts, foundations, pension funds, insurance entities, and investor typologies
  • You demonstrate proficiency in quality control, standardisation, and compliance documentation review with meticulous attention to detail and strong decision-making capabilities
  • You exhibit excellent communication skills, accountability, and a supportive mentoring approach to team development, aligned with our Group Values of being Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative
