Job Description

You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary relationship lead and trusted advisor across client servicing, operations, and business development activities. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving portfolio growth, and maintaining strong governance and regulatory standards within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • You will manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation lead
  • You will oversee high-quality service delivery across client operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed KPIs and regulatory requirements
  • You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contribute to business development initiatives, and support revenue growth across the client portfolio
  • You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Legal, Accounting, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless client servicing and operational excellence
  • You will support governance and compliance activities, including board meeting participation, oversight of compliance reviews, and escalation of key risks or operational issues where required

Qualifications

  • You have experience within financial services, including managing client portfolios and stakeholder relationships
  • You have strong knowledge of investment structures and regulatory frameworks, ideally within the Dutch financial services landscape
  • You have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused and commercial mindset
  • You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with fluency in English (Dutch considered an advantage)
