Job Description

What you'll do

  • You'll perform due diligence on investments and delegates, monitor external managers/advisors, and ensure compliance with portfolio management standards while escalating findings appropriately.
  • You'll analyse investment proposals, track portfolio developments and executed trades, and maintain accurate documentation and position reporting across all investment activities.
  • You'll lead mandates, manage client communication, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring onboarding processes and acceptance procedures run smoothly.
  • You'll collaborate with the team, support training of new joiners, assist in project implementation for IQEQ AIFM, and contribute to IT, BCP, audit, and system maintenance initiatives.
  • You'll demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills, customer orientation, self-organization, solution-driven thinking, and a convincing personality—while embodying an open mindset, respectful behaviour, balanced personality, and a genuine interest in finance with a positive attitude

Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent field.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a management company or AIFM in Luxembourg.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds.
  • You bring experience in portfolio review and collaboration with investment managers.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset, and have exposure to working with third-party delegates and service providers.
