As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will play an important role in planning and delivering employee engagement activities, internal events and communication initiatives that help create a positive employee experience and strengthen our company culture.

Day to day:

• Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Organize recurring monthly activities, celebrations, awareness campaigns and employee-focused programs.
• Create and publish internal communication content across different communication channels.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal communication platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams and other stakeholders to deliver engaging employee initiatives.
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics and communication related to internal events.
• Assist in communicating company updates, projects and key business information to employees.
• Support the development of new ideas that help strengthen employee engagement and company culture.

Qualifications

• You enjoy organizing events and coordinating multiple activities at the same time.
• You are creative and always come up with new ideas for engaging people.
• You are highly organized and can keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• You enjoy communicating with different people and building relationships.
• You are proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• You are interested in internal communications, employee engagement and company culture.

Nice to have:

• Experience in event organization, communications, marketing or project coordination.
• Experience creating content for internal or external communication channels.
• Experience working with suppliers, agencies or event partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
