Please note that we work in hybrid model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

The Unreal Engine / C++ Engineers will develop 3D games and Virtual Production environments for our live games. Working directly with PO, artists and designers the main goal is to create fun gameplay that feels awesome, while collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to build amazing new technology and tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay mechanics and core systems using Unreal Engine 5 and C++
  • Take ownership of your features’ network, memory, GPU, and CPU performance
  • Identify, debug, and resolve issues within Unreal Engine and project-specific systems
  • Work with Unreal Engine rendering and compositing solutions, including systems such as Composure
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features
  • Ensure code quality through maintainable, scalable, and well-structured solutions

Qualifications

  • Passion for software development and a strong drive to write, improve, and maintain high-quality code
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5
  • Experience using Unreal profiling and performance analysis tools
  • Strong proficiency in C++
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine Blueprints
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as HTTP and WebSockets
  • Understanding of build processes, compiler toolchains, and content pipelines in large-scale projects
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong optimization skills for both code and assets
  • Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivation to continuously learn and grow as a developer

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the Unreal Composure plugin
  • Experience with Blackmagic hardware and virtual production workflows
  • Interest in modern programming trends and the latest Unreal Engine features
