Job Description

A Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget and standards control. The responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, as well as managing resources, addressing risks, and communicating with stakeholders. This position is crucial for guiding projects through their lifecycle and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans and timelines.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget and project resource allocation.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team, cooperate with other departments.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Provide pro-active stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Qualification in Project Management is considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Portuguese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
• Attention to details even under pressure.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
