Job Description

The Equipment Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of gaming equipment within the live casino environment. This role focuses on supporting daily technical operations, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring that all gaming tools and materials are properly managed and available to maintain continuous operations. The position also requires close collaboration with different departments to support operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.

Location:Β On-Site Moreno,Β Av. Victorica 946, B1744BWW Moreno, Provincia de Buenos Aires

  1. Install, clean, change and regulate simple equipment;
  2. Perform equipment tests;
  3. Ensure preventive equipment maintenance;
  4. Monitor equipment performace, make assesments and make decisions about needed actions;
  5. Ensure equipment availability 24/7;
  6. Report equipment related issues;
  7. Roulette wheels cleaning/maintenance;
  8. Shuffle machines cleaning/maintenance/exchange;
  9. Deck checker cleaning/maintenance;
  10. Table inspection;
  11. Cards/equipment in-house transport;
  12. Organize equipment disposal;
  13. Monitor climate on gaming floors and storage;
  14. Do inventory and track equipment in stock;
  15. Cooperate with other departments;

Qualifications

  • secondary education;
  • good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
  • good computer competence and good knowledge of MS Office products;
  • high sence of responsibility;
  • ability to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines;
  • ability to work in team as well as independently;
  • quick reaction and attention to details;
  • ability to cope with pressure;
  • ability to handle confidential information;
  • motivation to achieve companies targets;
  • ability to work in accordance to shift schedule;
