WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Communications Specialist with a focus on PR, you develop and execute impactful PR & communications strategies that strengthen the brand, support commercial goals, and ensure consistent communication across channels. You drive local PR activities, manage media relations and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver relevant and brand‑aligned communication.

You will:

• Optimize yearly PR and Communications budget, applying a cost conscious and entrepreneurial mindset
• Develop and execute PR and communication strategies and plans specific to Sales Market and in line with Global strategies and plans that strengthen the brand and support business objectives.
• Ensure all communications are aligned with brand values, customer centricity, and global guidelines
• Collaborate closely with internal key collaborators to ensure consistency and maximize impact across channels
• Develop local PR plans based on global PR- strategies and plans
• Execute PR activations across various formats, including i.e., press releases, press days, events, media outreach
• Build and maintain relationships within fashion industry (i.e., media, influencers, celebrities)
• Oversee collaborations with agencies and partnerships with other external stakeholders, ensuring that delivery of results is aligned with business and brand/PR goals Monitor and analyze PR performance, media coverage & sentiment, and campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate closely with internal key partners across the Sales Market to align communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging. You will work with external communication stakeholders, media partners, agencies and fashion‑industry contacts to execute PR activities and deliver impactful results.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in PR and/or communications, preferably within fashion, retail or consumer brands.

And people who are…

• Strong in external communication and stakeholder management, with an established network in the fashion industry.
• Skilled in digital and omni‑channel PR communication.
• Experienced in event management (planning and execution).
• Knowledgeable about fashion trends and industry insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communicators in English; additional languages as required per market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
