Job Description

As an Visual Merchandiser, you report directly to the Store Manager. Using entrepreneurial spirit together with the store team, you create inspiring presentations of our products as well as taking care of all administrative routines and store operations. You have three areas of responsibilities: 

Customers, Colleagues & Commerciality. You work creatively at high speed you are an ambassador for the brand and together with the team you strive to exceed customer expectations and drive selling on the sales floor, that’s where it all happens!

Qualifications

• Ensure that our store reflect brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.
• Plan and implement campaigns and actions with your team and finished on time through planning and routines.
• Analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.
• Coach and develop visual knowledge and practices within the whole team.
• Constantly share knowledge and develop others to support brand expansion and succession.
• Act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

A good level of English (B1) is mandatory to communicate with all levels in the business.
