🎯Your Mission


As Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager, you will drive CYSEC’s expansion within the European space and cybersecurity ecosystem, identifying, shaping, and converting opportunities into concrete business outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing new business avenues (funded and commercial), structuring partnerships, and ensuring that CYSEC’s capabilities are effectively positioned to capture strategic opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and innovation, with bid management as a key tool.


🚀Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across institutional funding, commercial projects, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders (industry, government, research institutions)
  • Shape and drive go-to-market strategies for R&D-driven offerings and emerging solutions
  • Lead or contribute to R&D proposals (e.g., European Space Agency, Horizon Europe)
  • Structure and negotiate partnerships, consortia, and collaboration agreements
  • Translate market needs into clear value propositions and business cases
  • Work closely with technical teams to align innovation with market demand and revenue potential
  • Support account development and client engagement (upselling, follow-on opportunities)
  • Contribute to CYSEC’s visibility and positioning within the Luxembourg and European ecosystem

👩‍💼What We’re Looking For:


Are you driven by business development, partnerships, and innovation in deep-tech environments? Do you enjoy navigating complex ecosystems and turning opportunities into concrete impact? If so, we want to hear from you.


🎓Education:


  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Network Security, Space Systems), Business, or a related field


✅Core profile:


  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
  • Experience in deep-tech, cybersecurity, or space-related environments is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing opportunities from identification to closure


🌟Nice to have:


  • Experience with European funding ecosystems (e.g., ESA, Horizon Europe)
  • Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and structuring skills
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder and international environments
  • Fluent in English
