Job Description

We are seeking three dedicated accounting professionals to join our finance team, focusing on three critical streams: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Scope 1: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Accountant - Junior

• Invoice Management: Receive, verify, and record vendor invoices with correct coding and timing after coordinating necessary approvals.
• Payment Execution: Assist in preparing and executing timely payments while monitoring status and resolving bottlenecks.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular supplier balance reconciliations and track overdue payments.

• Reporting: Prepare monthly Accounts Payable (AP) Aging reports and support audit requests.

Scope 2: Order-to-Cash (OTC) Accountant - Mid-level

• Receivables Management: Oversee invoicing, daily recording of incoming funds, and follow up on reimbursements or deductions.
• Collections: Monitor AR status, send weekly client statements, and initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Treasury to resolve complex AR matters and attend meetings with traders.

• Financial Tasks: Handle interest calculations, perform AR month-end closing, and prepare aging analysis reports.

Scope 3: Record-to-Report (R2R) Accountant - Junior

• Forex & Intercompany: Record FX transactions and reconcile all P&L accounts regarding Forex positions and Intercompany balance sheet positions.
• Banking Operations: Record and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all banking entries in the accounting system.
• Closing Tasks: Perform month-end closing tasks with strict adherence to deadlines and high accuracy.

• Query Management: Act as a point of contact for daily stakeholder queries, following up until resolution.

Qualifications

• Education: BA or equivalent with a major in Accounting.

• Experience: prior experience in Serviced Accountant in relevant field is a plus but not necessary

  • P2P: 1–3 years of related experience.

  • OTC: 3+ years of related experience.

  • R2R: 1–2 years of related experience.

• Experience in international environments or trading companies is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Power BI, Sun System, Oracle, or iRely is an advantage.

• Strong accounting knowledge, high attention to detail, and excellent organizing skills.

• "Own it" culture, "Can-do" attitude, and the ability to work under stress to meet tight deadlines.

• Fluent in English with a professional and cooperative attitude.

• Office attendance in Ho Chi Minh City is required.
