Job Purposeالهدف الرئيسي لهذا الدور هو دعم فريق المبيعات في إتمام عمليات البيع اليومية، من خلال استقبال العملاء، وتقديم المعلومات عن المنتجات، ومعالجة الطلبات بدقة واحترافية، مع ضمان إتمام المعاملات المالية بشكل صحيح.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- دعم فريق المبيعات في إتمام عمليات البيع اليومية
- استقبال العملاء وتقديم المعلومات الشاملة عن المنتجات والخدمات
- معالجة طلبات العملاء بدقة ومتابعتها حتى التسليم
- إتمام المعاملات المالية بدقة والتأكد من صحتها
- إدارة المخزون ومتابعة توفر المنتجات
- التواصل الفعال مع العملاء لتلبية احتياجاتهم واستفساراتهم
- العمل تحت ضغط لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات اليومية
