Job Description

**What You'll Do**

  • Become the go-to expert on LesBaird Consulting LLC's RMA process—master it, own it, and keep it running smoothly so our customers get the support they deserve
  • Create Install Bases like a pro following order fulfillment, bringing precision and accuracy to every single entry
  • Keep Install Base data fresh and accurate by reviewing customer reports and validating information with a keen eye for detail
  • Champion standardized processes across LesBaird Consulting LLC's Service Supply Chain—from RMA Management to Inventory, Depot Operations, and Repair Operations—making sure everyone's on the same page
  • Partner with internal teams to dream up and roll out process improvements that boost efficiency, make operations repeatable, and scale our critical reporting functions to new heights

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
