Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Secretary to support our management team in a fast-paced engineering and contracting environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Draft, review, and edit documents in English.
- Organize and maintain records and files.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Reading & Writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
