Junior Data Analyst
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Framingham, MA.

About this position
We’re seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives across the business. In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders to analyze data, build reports, and deliver insights that support operational and financial decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to source and analyze data from multiple datasets
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned to business needs
• Support ad-hoc reporting and special analytics projects
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Document reporting processes and support data quality improvements

Job Skills/Requirements
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or data-focused roles
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to translate data findings into clear business insights

Pay Range:
• Pay Range: $30-35/hour
