fgdgdfgffdgfd ## Responsibilities ā¢ Lead the development of a scalable frontend architecture, including a reusable component library and design system, to ensure consistent UI across features. ā¢ Develop high-quality UI features using React and TypeScript, delivering fully tested code within sprint timelines and with clear acceptance criteria. ā¢ Optimize frontend performance by reducing bundle size, improving time-to-interactive, and achieving target metrics such as first contentful paint under 1.8s on key pages. ā¢ Ensure accessibility by delivering WCAG 2.1 AA compliant features, including keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and color contrast checks. ā¢ Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate user stories into shippable frontend features, maintaining clear documentation and acceptance criteria. ā¢ Implement responsive UI components and layouts with cross-browser compatibility to ensure a consistent experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. ā¢ Build and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, visual regression) using established frameworks, achieving at least 85% test coverage for frontend code. ā¢ Monitor quality and security by conducting code reviews, triaging issues, and addressing performance and accessibility regressions in production within SLAs. ā¢ Document frontend architecture, coding standards, and component usage in the internal wiki to support onboarding and cross-team knowledge sharing. ā¢ Mentor junior developers and participate in design reviews to promote best practices and overall frontend quality.Qualifications
