Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Coordinator to manage invoicing,

payments, inventory records, and customer communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day

operations.

Key Responsibilities

ā€¢ Prepare and issue invoices; record and reconcile payments.

ā€¢ Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.

ā€¢ Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.

ā€¢ Perform daily data entry in POS and internal systems.

ā€¢ Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and by email.

ā€¢ Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data flow.

Qualifications

ā€¢ Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

ā€¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

ā€¢ Comfort with POS systems and basic Excel usage.

ā€¢ Good communication and customer service skills.

ā€¢ High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.

ā€¢ 0ā€“2 years of experience in related roles (more is welcome).
