Job Description

Our company is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced professional to fill our Event Coordinator position. With your expertise in event planning, organization, and execution, as well as brand promotion and audience engagement, we believe you could be our next valuable team member.

Job Purpose

The main objective of this role is to meticulously plan and execute various events in line with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for the cohesive running of each event from conception to completion, focusing on driving brand awareness, stakeholder satisfaction, and creating unforgettable experiences for our audience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Charting out detailed plans for every event in alignment with the key objective
  • Executing all aspects of the event, including setup, operation, and breakdown
  • Promoting the brand through innovative and audience-engaging activities at the event
  • Monitoring event budgets, negotiating contracts, and dealing with vendors
  • Working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and successful events
  • Resolving potential problems effectively and efficiently with a solutions-driven mindset
  • Coordinating with various parties for fundraising initiatives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning and organization
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to think quickly, problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Financial literacy and budgeting experience
  • A deep understanding of audience engagement strategies and brand promotion techniques
  • A proven track record in running successful fundraising initiatives
