نحن نبحث عن مشرف مبيعات متحمس وموجه نحو تحقيق الأهداف للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. وبصفتك مشرف مبيعات، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في قيادة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات لدينا لتحقيق الأهداف وتجاوزها مع ضمان رضا العملاء بشكل استثنائي.
- قيادة وإرشاد فريق من مندوبي المبيعات، وتقديم التوجيه والدعم وملاحظات الأداء
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة لتلبية أهداف الشركة وتجاوزها.
- مراقبة مقاييس أداء المبيعات وتحليلها، وتحديد مجالات التحسين وفرص النمو
- الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والبحث بنشاط عن فرص عمل جديدة
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى (مثل التسويق والخدمات اللوجستية) لضمان سلاسة العمليات ورضا العملاء
- عقد اجتماعات مبيعات منتظمة ودورات تدريبية لتعزيز مهارات الفريق والمعرفة بالمنتجات
- إنشاء وصيانة تقارير المبيعات للإدارة العليا
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ولوائح الصناعة
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء أو حالات التصعيد وحلها بشكل سريع واحترافي
- المساهمة في تطوير برامج المبيعات والحوافز لتعزيز أداء الفريق
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات، مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور إشرافي
- سجل حافل في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوزها
- مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة الفريق
- قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المبيعات وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء
- عقلية تحليلية مع مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع قدرات استثنائية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت
- نهج يركز على العملاء مع الالتزام بتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة
