Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, blogs, and email marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our online presence
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently to meet marketing objectives
- Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics and present findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices
- Experience with content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies
- Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Creative mindset for developing innovative marketing campaigns
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
