الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن طاهية مغربية محترفة للعمل لدى عائلة قطرية خاصة. يجب أن تكون المتقدمة ذات خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الطبخ، وخاصة في المطبخ المغربي التقليدي، وقادرة على إعداد مجموعة متنوعة من الأطباق بجودة عالية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إعداد وطهي الأطباق المغربية الأصيلة (مثل الطاجين، الكسكس، البسطيلة، الحريرة، وغيرها).

• تخطيط قوائم الطعام الأسبوعية حسب تفضيلات الأسرة واحتياجاتهم الغذائية.

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المطبخ بشكل دائم.

• شراء المكونات وإدارة مخزون المطبخ (بالتنسيق مع طاقم المنزل).

• تحضير أطباق غير مغربية عند الطلب.

• الالتزام بمعايير النظافة وسلامة الغذاء.

المتطلبات:

• أنثى، من الجنسية المغربية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الطبخ المهني (ويُفضل في المنازل الخاصة).

• العمر المفضل: 40 سنة أو أكثر.

• إجادة اللغة العربية؛ واللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

• أن تكون أمينة، محترمة، وتحافظ على خصوصية الأسرة.

• الاستعداد للإقامة الكاملة والعمل بساعات مرنة.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Moroccan Female Cook to join a private Qatari household. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ professional cooking experience, specializing in traditional Moroccan cuisine, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Moroccan dishes (e.g., tagines, couscous, pastilla, harira, etc.).

• Plan weekly menus based on family preferences and dietary needs.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

• Source ingredients and manage pantry stock (in coordination with house staff).

• Occasionally prepare non-Moroccan dishes if requested.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Female, Moroccan nationality.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional cook (preferably in private households).

• Preferred age: 40 years old or above.

• Ability to speak Arabic; basic English is a plus.

• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of household privacy.

• Willing to live in and work flexible hours.
