Job Description

1.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all journal entries.
3. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
4. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
5. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
6. Coordinate and support external audits, supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
7. Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
8. Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
9. Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and analysis.
10. Assist in tax preparation and filing in coordination with external tax advisors.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Preferred Age Bracket: 35 y/o – 45 y/o
•  Total Experience: not less than 8 years
