We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our company's products and services in the market.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and generate leads
  • Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing activities, forecasts, and results

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Experience in FMCG retail or convenience sales is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Noida region and surrounding areas
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
