As the #1 eXp Realty team in Canada (2023–2025), we don't just "list" homes, we launch them. We are looking for a powerhouse Videographer to join our 2026 marketing engine. This is a high-volume, high-speed role for a creator who can maintain elite quality while operating at the pace of a modern newsroom.

The Pace: High Intensity, Zero Friction

We aren't looking for a hobbyist; we’re looking for a professional partner.

• The Volume: You should be prepared to shoot 3 to 4 properties per day.
• The Turnaround: In our world, speed is the ultimate currency. We require rapid delivery of assets to keep our listings competitive.
• The Opportunity: There is no shortage of work here. For the right person, this is a consistent, high-yield partnership with the most successful team in the industry.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Property Tours: Execute cinematic walkthroughs, drone aerials, and immersive spatial captures for multiple listings daily.
• Social Storytelling: Capture "in-the-moment" content of team meetings, culture, and agent life for high-impact Reels and Stories.
• End-to-End Production: Manage your own workflow from capture to color grade, ensuring every frame aligns with the Havre brand.
• Client Relations: Act as a brand ambassador. You must be professional, personable, and capable of making homeowners feel like stars.

Requirements

Gear & Tech

Must provide your own professional 4K/60fps kit, stabilizers, audio, drones,  and lighting.

Tech Stack

Independent editing suite optimized for rapid 2026 workflows (AI tools, cloud-syncing).

Insurance

$2 Million General Liability + Drone/UAV Insurance.

Licensing

Advanced Drone Pilot Certification & valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Compliance

A clean Police Check is required for all successful applicants.
