We are seeking to hire a skilled HR Generalist to manage and support our human resources functions. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Job PurposeThe role of the HR Generalist is to uphold the smooth running of our HR operations, ensuring all activities adhere to our policies and regulations. Your strong interpersonal and communication abilities would play a significant part in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring high levels of employee engagement and overall organizational efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Direct involvement in the recruitment and hiring process
- Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee and manage performance reviews and management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and all other statutory regulations relating to HR
- Use HR software and data management tools efficiently to track and analyze data
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures
