Job Description

    • Review and study projects drawings and specification.
    • Fill project record.
    • Prepare a project specifications summary
    • Prepare preliminary design based on Dwgs. and specs
    • Prepare full estimation of required panel boards
    • Generate a complete quotation and coordinate with Lead Engineer for special pricing and discounts
    • Prepare, the project’s Shop Drawings & the submittals and coordinate with lead engineer for review and approval
    • Send complete material list to procurement coordinator for availability and delivery dates
    • Check alternative for unavailable material and delivery dates and update material list
    • Track project changes, answer client requests, assess financial, purchasing and production impact
    • Send material requisition for panels cleared for production.
    • Follow up on material availability in stock, PO sent, delivery notes and include all in QD
    • Coordinate with Lead Engineer on project schedule and deadlines
    • Follow-up the delivery dates with the production Team.
    • Monitor the variation request, send quotation to client, notify clients of possible delays, handles the revision of shop drawings, send updated part list to the procurement, inform the production and follow-up delivery
    • Report work progress to Lead Engineer.
    • Maintain a Project matrix containing all project data and panelboards statuses, submittal, deliveries,….
    • Assist in handling the end of year inventory
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

•              Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electro-mechanical or a related field.

•              Proven experience in LED lighting, electronic components, or a similar industry.

•              Knowledge of LED drivers, control protocols, and electrical circuits.

•              Proficiency in AutoCAD (Autocad is a must), SolidWorks, or other relevant design software is a plus.

•              Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site and in production.

•              Strong communication to support client needs and product presentations.

•              Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
