Job PurposeThe Waitress is expected to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, thus ensuring a positive dining experience for all our guests. In providing these services, the waitstaff plays an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. The primary role of a Waitress is to interact with our customers and ensure they have a great experience when dining at our restaurant.
