Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Interior Designer to join our team in Hazmieh, Lebanon. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients, balancing creativity with practical considerations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and present them to clients using visual aids and samples
- Create detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections using 3D MAX, AutoCAD and other design software
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the design vision and client requirements
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in interior design
- Proficiency in 3D MAX, Revit, AutoCAD
- knowledge of other design tools such as Photoshop and InDesign, very good experience in shop drawings is a Must
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects
- Excellent spatial awareness and ability to translate client needs into functional designs
- In-depth knowledge of current design trends, styles, and sustainable practices
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Lebanon
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused approach with experience in client relations
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and client feedback
