Telesales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing company. The primary role of this position is to sell our products or services over the phone, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be reaching out to potential customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, and presenting them with the most suitable solutions. This position requires exceptional communication and persuasion skills, as well as the resilience to handle rejection and the ability to build quick rapport with clients.

The purpose of the Telesales role is to support our company's sales goals by identifying potential customers, discerning their needs, and offering them the most appropriate solutions. Using predominantly telephone communication, you will convey the value of our products or services, aiming to attain or surpass the established sales targets. Your ultimate goal will be to increase our customer base and revenue growth.
