Job Description: Focused on defending many of the world's largest manufacturers nationwide since 1985, Bowman and Brooke has an opportunity for a full-time attorney with 3 or more years of experience to join our thriving San Jose, CA location. With more than 150 attorneys located in major cities nationwide, we have the depth of knowledge and trial skills that are needed to defend our clients in the areas of product liability, general liability, and consumer warranty. Our associates work closely and collaboratively across all of our offices to personalize best in class case strategies for our clients. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. We are looking for attorneys with the following skills and experience:

- Understanding of current state and federal civil procedure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Interest and ability to handle case management, case evaluation
- Working with others in a team-oriented environment is essential
- JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Current California Bar admission or ability to obtain admission
