Job Description

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and a burning passion for delivering high-quality and exceptional work through:

• Developing and executing creative concepts from start to finish, meeting client briefs and aligning with brand guidelines, ensuring high standards of visual excellence.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop integrated campaigns that effectively communicate the client’s message and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, and integrate them into creative strategies and executions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating creative concepts and providing a persuasive rationale for design decisions.
• Oversee the project development, management, and production of visual assets, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to designers and production teams, guiding them in creating outstanding visuals and artwork finalization that exceed client expectations.
• Ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity across all creative deliverables, both digital and print.
• Ability to come up with ads and short film concepts, mood boards, and storyboards
• Contribute to the agency’s overall creative vision and strategy, providing insights and recommendations to enhance creative processes and outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-standards design solutions and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard software.
• Strong conceptual thinking and strategic abilities.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for creativity and staying up-to-date with emerging trends.
