We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. As a representative, you will handle inbound, manage appointments, and provide outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Provide accurate information about services and promotions.
    •    Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
    •    Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

    •    Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
    •    Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •    Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
