Job Description
- An ability to work constructively with multi-functional teams
- Documenting projects for construction and permitting;
- Assisting with conceptual design, construction documents, material research, code analysis and preliminary specifications;
- Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents;
- Preparing and developing design imagery for presentation materials;;
- Prepare reports and other documents, using Microsoft, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Project procedure scheduling and logistical organization;
- Presentational development of proposals, designs, sketches and technical documentation for Client;
- Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets and company drawing standards;
- Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information
- Be a supporter of quality and automation across all aspects of the delivery and operation.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Graphic designing, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop;
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD or BIM application.
- Degree from an accredited architecture program
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and firm leaders
- 2 years of professional experience
- Capable of meeting project deadlines, organizing complex material, and delivering solid project results;
- Strong Design Sensitivity;
- Flexible attitude;
- Candidates must be able to take direction from the team in charge on the project and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.
