Job Description

As a 3D Visualizer at SOMA, you will be a key player in our creative process, turning concepts into stunning visual representations. Your expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation will help us communicate and refine our design ideas, providing our clients with compelling and realistic visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
1. 3D Modeling and Rendering:
- Create high-quality, detailed 3D models of architectural designs, interiors, and products using softwares such as 3DS Max, Lumion... or similar tools
- Produce realistic renderings that showcase lighting, textures, and materials to accurately represent design concepts.

2. Animation and Visualization:
- Develop engaging animations and walkthroughs of architectural designs, interior spaces, or products, adding movement and context to static visualizations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation such as Unreal engine or Unity for VR.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and goals.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts through visualizations, helping clients and stakeholders visualize the final outcome.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering softwares 3DS Max, Lumion, V-Ray or Corona is critical.
- Knowledge in softwares such as Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper is highly appreciated.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D visualization, including still renderings and animations.
- Experience working on high-rise towers or large scale Architectural projects is highly preferable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
