Job Description

Are you looking for work on a part time basis to boost your income? CPM are looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in-store media in Asda. If you are able to work every Wednesday night/Thursday morning (approx 1.5 hours per week*) and have experience merchandising/placing POS we want to hear from you. £15.12 per hour (including holiday pay)

Store to be covered: Asda Darlington SS DL1 3RB

What will I be doing?

You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support a number of brands. Achieving coverage of all POS placement is essential, and you will photograph and report through an online app when completed.

In a typical call you will:

• Sign into the store, and introduce yourself to the key store contacts
• Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to store
• Place POS (as required) in pre-arranged sections of the store. We will require you to use a stepladder in store, to place media at height.

Key requirements for this role are:

• You can get to the agreed store/s every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning to complete your visit
• Calls to be completed between 8pm Wednesday and 8am on a Thursday (hours will vary week on week but you will know in advance what hours are needed each week)
• You own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report your visits in store
• Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder
• You are competent / confident using and navigating an app-based system
• You are happy to work in store, spending several hours navigating around the store and potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required.
• You have great communication and relationship building skills

You will be fantastic in this role if:

• You have good attention to detail.
• Experience working with POS previously

*Hours will vary every week and the above is a current guideline on approx hours.
