Job Description

Manage and coordinate the department’s resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, and budget) based on Quality, Cost, and Safety objectives, in order to ensure compliance with the production target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• English- B1 
• Knowledge of production processes
• Personnel management (Mandatory)
• Problem analysis and resolution
• Lean Manufacturing
• Quality Management Systems.
• ESH Systems (Environment, Safety, and Health)
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Sequencing Knowledge
