Job Description
- Perform daily PE plant operations including cutting and crushing recycled polyethylene materials, loading hoppers, and operating the extrusion process according to specifications
- Mix recycled polyethylene with new pellets, perform extrusion blow molding operations, and batch polyethylene rolls for production
- Manage lining rewinder operations and handle scrap and rework processes with accurate documentation
- Monitor product quality and inspect finished materials for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve operational issues
- Act as absentesism coverage for Hot Preparation Area
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM
- Basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Manufacturing experience is an advantage (not required)
