HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manage and coordinate all quality management activities for the plant/operations unit.
  • Support of operational organization to achieve Quality Targets and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure implementation of and compliance to external (ISO 9001or customer audits) and internal quality standards (e.g. CT quality system, equipment, tools, KPIs, etc.)
  • Internal communication on all quality-related issues.
  • Coordination and handling of internal and external incidents, including documentation in defined systems.
  • Conduct of internal audits acc. to implemented standards.
  • Assess and decide about the release of new products, new processes, and equipment affecting quality.
  • Support of all projects to achieve Quality Targets and continuous improvement Qualification.
  • Coordination of problem identification and action tracking within the framework of the A3 or 8D system.
  • Ongoing, process-accompanying monitoring of the production quality level.
  • Identification of targeted investment requirements for a sustainable increase in the quality level.
  • Support and lead the Quality Team at the plant

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Quality   
  • Experience leading teams (project, production etc.)
  • Experience with Customer and Internal Audits
  • Manage Quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, quality policies, systems, processes and tools)
  • Skills in project management and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Quality Core Tools and Problem Solving Process.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of intercultural skills and experience of team skills, conflict, and  management
