Your Role in Action:

• User Champion: Be a trusted member of our team by providing advanced desktop and end-user support, ensuring seamless operations for a global team efficiently.
  Tech Troubleshooter: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
• Setup Guru: Support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise applications.
• Collaboration Connoisseur: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to assist with server, storage, and network tasks, offering hands-on support for various projects.
• Device Asset Maestro: Manage device and software deployments using tools like Intune and Jamf.
• User Journey Enhancement Specialist:
  Monitor and resolve issues with end-user systems while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Infrastructure Artisan: Provide training and create documentation for IT tools and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a desktop support or IT engineering role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or Jamf.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exposure to infrastructure tools and environments (e.g., server management, virtualization), preferred.
• Scripting knowledge (i.e. PowerShell) for automation task, preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications, preferred.
