Description du poste

Pour notre client basé à Malakoff, nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de demandes d'achats :

  • Passer les DA (Demandes d’Achat) dans l’outil pour la Direction de Site ( flotte véhicules, travaux neufs, travaux de maintenance, travaux de sureté, achat de mobiliers, événementiels, prestations médicales) et la DRH   ( intérim, déménagements, honoraires d’avocats, cabinets de recrutements)
  • Réaliser un reporting fiable de l’ensemble des demandes d’achat et du suivi des commandes sous format Excel
  • Traiter les litiges factures
  • Faire les réceptions dans l’outil, sous validation des demandeurs
  • Être en interface avec les demandeurs pour :alerter les demandeurs en cas de retard ou blocage ou anomalie dans le processus de réalisation des DA/Commandes d’Achat

Maitrise minimum de la notion de comptabilité et d'une demande d'achat

  • Forte capacité de synthèse et d'adaptation,
  • Maîtrise excellente du Pack office Microsoft et des outils Internet. 
  • Maitrise de logiciel de gestion d'achat type SAP

Lieu Malakoff 92

Horaire lundi au vendredi: 35h hebdomadaire du lundi au vendredi 

CDDT de 6 mois renouvelable jusqu'à 24 mois 

Rémunération max : 1820.83 brut/ mois + titres restaurants + CE + mutuelle
