Die Krankenpflegeschule „Pflegecampus am Eli“ beschäftigt qualifizierte Honorarkräfte für Dozententätigkeiten zu ausgewählten Bezugswissenschaften.

 

Stellenbeschreibung

Dozentur für Lerneinheiten in der 3-jährigen Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann in der Krankenpflege

Voraussetzungen
Expertise in einem/mehreren folgender Wissenschaftsbereiche:
Soziologie

  • Sozialpsychologische Rollentheorie - Umfang 12 h
  • Sozialisation und Entwicklungspsychologie - Umfang 12 h

Rechtskunde

  • Rechte und Pflichten als Auszubildender/Arbeitnehmer, Schweigepflicht/Datenschutz - Umfang 6 h
  • Delegationsrecht, Unterscheidung Zivil- u. Strafrecht – Umfang 4 h
  • Haftungsrecht (Körperverletzung, Fahrlässigkeit, Vorsatz, Fahrlässigkeit usw.) - Umfang 10 h
  • Gesundheitssystem → Sozialstaat und Versicherungssysteme - Umfang 12 h

Krankenhaus-Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Umfang 20 h

  • Grundlagen der Krankenhaus-Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Finanzierung von Gesundheits- und Pflegeleistungen: Kostenfaktoren, Kostenstellen, Krankenhauszielplanung, Krankenhaussteuerung, usw. DRG-System, Pauschalen, Förderungs- und Zuschussmöglichkeiten. Zukünftige Entwicklung von Abrechnungssystemen Prinzipien der ökonomischen Logik (Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen). Controlling als Managementsystem, medizinisches Controlling, Benchmarking, etc.

Qualifikationen

Rahmenbedingungen
Präsenzunterricht verteilt auf Stundenblöcke zu 90 Minuten (zwei Unterrichtsstunden zu je 45 Minuten) im Rahmen eines Blockunterrichts von mehreren Wochen.

Vergütung
Auf Honorarbasis nach Vereinbarung.
