Deine Aufgaben
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung des Recruitment-Prozesses: Marktanalyse, Headhunting, Business Development und Account Management
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kunden- und Kandidatenbeziehungen
- Aktive Akquise neuer Mandate und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Resourcern und Unterstützung jüngerer Kolleg:innen

Dein Profil
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung
- Spezialisierung auf die Vermittlung von Risk, Compliance & Governance im Financial Services- oder Versicherungsbereich
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch (C1)- und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
